Women of Integrity Collective is the public-facing ministry and DBA (Doing Business As) of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc., a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We exist to cultivate a community of women committed to living with God-honoring integrity in every area of life—spiritually, emotionally, financially, relationally, and professionally.
Founded in response to a God-given vision first received in 2016, our ministry was birthed from a deep calling to create a safe, faith-filled space where women could grow, heal, and thrive. That vision was repeatedly confirmed through prayer, prophetic words, and spiritual encounters, establishing "integrity" as both our name and our guiding standard.
Rooted in biblical principles and led by the Holy Spirit, we empower women through biblical teaching, mentorship, fellowship, community outreach, and practical support. Our programs are designed to uplift, equip, and connect women while promoting holistic well-being by addressing the spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, and personal aspects of life.
Through local gatherings, Bible studies, workshops, community outreach initiatives, retreats, youth programming, and special events, we are building a network of women who support, encourage, and inspire one another to walk confidently in their God-given purpose while living lives marked by integrity.

Our Story
Women of Integrity Collective was born from a God-given vision in 2016—a calling to create a safe, faith-filled space where women could be strengthened, equipped, and restored in every area of life. The word "integrity" was confirmed repeatedly through prayer, prophetic words, and spiritual encounters, becoming the cornerstone of the organization's name and purpose.

The heart behind the vision was simple yet powerful: to see women live whole lives—spiritually, emotionally, financially, relationally, and professionally—all while walking in God-honoring integrity. For years, the vision was prayed over, planned for, and prepared behind the scenes as we waited faithfully for God's appointed time.

After years of prayer, planning, and preparation, Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. was officially established as a Christ-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through biblical teaching, mentorship, fellowship, and practical support. The organization provides a much-needed network for women who may feel isolated, offering community, encouragement, and resources that foster spiritual, emotional, relational, financial, and personal growth. Operating publicly as Women of Integrity Collective, the organization continues to equip women through faith-based programs, educational workshops, mentorship opportunities, and community outreach initiatives, empowering them to walk confidently in their God-given purpose while living lives marked by integrity.
Meet Our Visionary & Executive Director
Ayesha Foote, M.Div

We are honored to introduce Ayesha Foote, M.Div., Visionary & Executive Director of Women of Integrity Collective.
​
Ayesha has been faithfully serving in ministry since 2016 and earned her Master of Divinity degree from Liberty University in 2024. With a clear calling to lead and a heart for empowering women, she founded Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc., the nonprofit organization operating as Women of Integrity Collective, to bridge spiritual growth with practical life skills.

Alongside her ministry leadership, Ayesha is a successful entrepreneur and Principal Broker/Owner of Southern Dwellings & Designs Inc., which she launched in 2021. With a proven track record in real estate and business leadership, she brings the same dedication, excellence, and care for people into every area of her work.
​
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ayesha is a published Christian author, a Registered Dental Hygienist, and a devoted woman of faith who believes that obedience to God’s call is the foundation of everything she does.
​
As Visionary & Executive Director, Ayesha combines her ministry training, business expertise, and personal testimony to guide the mission of Women of Integrity Collective, a DBA of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. She is passionate about fostering a community where women can thrive in every area of life and remains steadfast in her commitment to helping women walk boldly in integrity, embrace their God-given purpose, and build lives that honor God.
Samone Vail, M.Ed
Meet Our Chief Administrative Officer & Ministry Liaison
We are honored to introduce Samone Vail, Chief Administrative Officer & Ministry Liaison, and a dedicated board member of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc.

Samone is an accomplished educator and servant leader with a heart for inspiring and empowering others. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and is deeply committed to helping individuals embrace and walk fully in their God-given purpose. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer and Ministry Liaison, Samone combines her administrative expertise with her passion for ministry, ensuring that organizational excellence and spiritual care remain at the forefront of her work.

She finds joy in encouraging growth, fostering learning, and guiding others to reach their highest potential. Outside of her professional and ministry roles, Samone enjoys reading, listening to uplifting podcasts, and spending meaningful time with her family.
