Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. exists to cultivate a community of women committed to living with God-honoring integrity in every area of life—spiritually, emotionally, financially, relationally, and professionally.
Founded in response to a divine vision given in 2016, our ministry was birthed from a deep calling to create a safe, faith-filled space where women could grow, heal, and thrive. This vision was confirmed prophetically through the repeated word “integrity,” becoming both our name and our standard.
Rooted in biblical principles and guided by the Holy Spirit, we empower women through teaching, mentorship, fellowship, and practical support. Our programs are designed to uplift, equip, and connect women while promoting holistic health—addressing the spiritual, emotional, social, financial, and physical aspects of life.
From local gatherings to community outreach, from workshops to retreats, we are building a network of women who support, encourage, and inspire one another to walk fully in their God-given purpose.

Our Story
Women of Integrity Collaborative was born from a God-given vision in 2016 — a calling to create a safe, faith-filled space where women could be strengthened, equipped, and restored in every area of life. The word “integrity” was confirmed repeatedly through prayer, prophetic words, and spiritual encounters, becoming the cornerstone of the ministry’s name and purpose.
The heart behind the vision was simple yet powerful: to see women live whole lives — spiritually, emotionally, financially, relationally, and professionally — all while walking in God-honoring integrity. For years, the vision was prayed over, planned for, and prepared in the background, waiting for God’s appointed time.
Less than a decade later, that time arrived. Women of Integrity Collaborative emerged as a Christ-centered, community-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering women through biblical teaching, mentorship, fellowship, and practical support. The ministry also provides a much-needed network for women who may feel isolated, offering community, encouragement, and tools for personal growth.
Meet Our Visionary & Executive Director
Ayesha Foote, M.Div

We are honored to introduce Ayesha Foote, M.Div., Visionary & Executive Director of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc.
​
Ayesha has been faithfully serving in ministry since 2016 and earned her Master of Divinity degree from Liberty University in 2024. With a calling to lead and a heart for empowering women, she founded Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. to create a ministry that bridges spiritual growth with practical life skills.
​
Alongside her ministry leadership, Ayesha is a successful entrepreneur and Principal Broker/Owner of Southern Dwellings & Designs Inc., which she launched in 2021. With a proven track record in real estate and business leadership, she brings the same dedication, excellence, and care for people into every area of her work.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Ayesha is a published Christian author, a Registered Dental Hygienist, and a devoted woman of faith who believes that obedience to God’s call is the foundation of everything she does.

As Visionary & Executive Director, Ayesha combines her ministry training, business expertise, and personal testimony to guide the mission of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. She is passionate about fostering a community where women can thrive in every area of life and remains steadfast in her commitment to helping women walk boldly in integrity, embrace their God-given purpose, and build lives that honor Him.
Meet Our Director of Operations
Ashley Gilcreast-Scott, LCSW
We are honored to introduce Ashley Gilcreast-Scott, Director of Operations and a dedicated board member of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc.

Ashley brings both her professional expertise and her heart for women’s ministry to the team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has devoted her career to walking alongside women through life’s transitions, helping to mend what feels broken and guiding them toward lives rooted in hope and wholeness. Her passion flows from a deep belief that God restores and renews every foundation, no matter how cracked it may seem.

Outside of her professional and ministry work, Ashley finds joy in nurturing her plants. A true plant enthusiast, she delights in the process of growth—both in her garden and in the lives of the women she serves.

As Director of Operations, Ashley combines her servant’s heart with her organizational skills to help advance the mission of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc. Her dedication, compassion, and steady leadership make her an invaluable part of the team.
Samone Vail, M.Ed
Meet Our Chief Administrative Officer & Ministry Liaison
We are honored to introduce Samone Vail, Chief Administrative Officer & Ministry Liason, as a dedicated board member of Women of Integrity Collaborative, Inc.
Samone is an accomplished educator and servant leader with a heart for inspiring and empowering others. She holds a Master’s Degree in teaching and is committed to helping individuals embrace and walk fully in their God-given purpose. In her role as Chief Administrative Officer and Ministry Liaison, Samone combines her administrative expertise with her passion for ministry, ensuring that both organizational excellence and spiritual care remain at the forefront of her work.

She finds joy in encouraging growth, fostering learning, and guiding others to reach their highest potential. Outside of her professional and ministry roles, Samone enjoys reading, listening to uplifting podcasts, and spending meaningful time with her family.
