Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 13, 2025
At Women of Integrity Collaborative (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering quality programs, events, and resources to our community. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
1. Donations
All donations made to Women of Integrity Collaborative are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned, except in cases of proven error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount).
2. Event Registrations

Cancellations by Participants:
Refund requests for paid events must be submitted in writing to info@integritycollaborative.org no later than 10 days before the scheduled event. Cancellations received after this time are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us:
If we cancel an event, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
3. Product Sales
If we sell physical products (e.g., merchandise, books):

Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Digital Products and Online Programs
All sales of digital content or online programs are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
